  This was the most pleasant experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and I never felt judged! Richard Mayer was GREAT! He was very welcoming and SO down to earth. I felt a great deal of confidence after speaking with him. He was honest in his recommendation and gave me advice that quite literally changed my life. He knows the law inside and out, and gave me several options to resolve my financial issues. After telling me that I didn't need to file bankruptcy (which shows how much integrity he has), he charged me nothing for the appointment! If I DID need to file bankruptcy, I know who I would work with! Go see them! You have nothing to lose by making an appointment and consultations are always free!   This firm enforces contracts for National Fitness, one of the most unscrupulous contract makers around... After explaining to them that NF entrapped me into enforcing the contract by failing to cancel it as requested during the 30 day cancel period, they still insist on harassing me. They have issued warrants and subpoenas to attempt to collect this judgement. Trying to call and talk to their people is fruitless because the people who answer the phone have only one response, which is to wiggle around the fact that they are scummy and to threaten you with harassment if you don't pay. The lowest form of Lawyer in the world, Stanley Fite Roden should be ashamed of himself for being the blood sucking leech that he is...

• Review of "Fair Garden Elementary School" at Knoxville

  I taught here for 8 years in 1975- and I was pleased to see the attractive addition as well as the nice safe play ground and new name (Fair Garden Early Education and Family Learning Center) ! When I taught my room looked out to the parking lot off Catalpa Ave. and this is where the students 1st grade - 5th played kick ball and attempted to swing on the swing set that had swings that had been thrown over the top bar making swinging very difficult. It pleased me to see such a nice change in the school where I enjoyed teaching reading to 80 children a day. I feel that my students were like my first children before I had 2 children of my own and moved to Memphis, TN. Thanks for making a nice change to the school, Mrs. Avery Kaserman
