They made me feel comfortable the whole time, very informative and always happy to answer questions. Heather Banks handled my Chapter 7 and came to court with me and she is truly amazing. The nicest person you will ever meet. She didn't even blink an eye when I had to bring my 2 yr old and 4 yr old to her office for a meeting.
