  Just signed our lease the other day. The building we will live in is far away so it will be nice. It seemed very quiet. The manager (a lady) was very nice to us and Brady (hope that is his name) did a great job showing us the model and explaining things. We are excited. Will change review if need be. A month in now. There are bugs, mostly spiders of different breeds, some how getting in. Also, new neighbors moved in upstairs and so I don't blame them for stomping loud on purpose it really sounds like they are. We never heard our other neighbors and these new ones don't know how to be considerate especially when it is going on 1 am and they are still stomping around. Update: things are great here still. The maintenance has fixed everything even though it took a couple times. Still a couple bugs but that's because they haven't fixed the door frame yet. No biggie for the most part. Edit: not pleased what so ever. Have been moved out of the complex for about 9 months or so and am just now getting a letter from collections by this complex. Ridiculous. There was no walk through when we took over the lease and no walk through when we left and someone else took over the lease. This needs to be fixed and off my credit or my lawyer already said they are more than happy to assist in charges that for one we don't know are for and two that can't even be proven to be ours.
