  In my opinion, unprofessional bordering on unethical. This firm left me high and dry. They had difficulty forming a corporation in my state of residence due to lack of knowledge, costing me extra money in expedited fees and almost ruining a clinic purchase. They later filed an extension for taxes for me this year and then abandoned me to complete taxes on my own after the fact. All this after paying a monthly fee for 6 months which they refused to return even in part. A lot of promises, little in the way of service and results. Please be very cautious in dealing with this company.
