  The worse experience in my life on a Bamk of America Branch.Derogatory and racists. Coments and nasty behavior by the person who pick me from the line a taKe me to his office to help me???????.Personal coments .Definitely no profesional at all.At the end the imbecile falow me outside the bank and tellme....dont comeback here never.....you are no welcome .This is outrageous unnaceptable.

  Why have a phone # if you are not going to pick up. I should not have to drive to the bank to have someone answer a question. Why not have the employee that is going to answer my question in person also answer my question on the phone. Much more convenient for the customer.
