  We were referred to this office before moving to Knoxville. We were referred to Gary Harwell by an agent in the office who didn't work as far north of Knoxville as my wife and I were looking to buy. Gary was patient with us a first time home buyers. He was thorough from the first time we met him through closing on the home. Gary drove up to Campbell County multiple times for showings, worked tirelessly to get things done with realtors from another county and company that were not the most available. He was flexible in his schedule and made sure both my wife and I were able to go see places and meet him when needed. Once we found a place, Gary took his time to ensure the details of the documents, what we wanted/needed/prioritized, etc and we felt as if he always had our best interest in mind. He did alot of leg work, which I know some would say "is his job" to get us to the closing, but it took what seemed to be above average amount of back-n-forth with multiple parties to ensure the closing was going to happen as it needed to, with all the fine details covered. Gary has been doing this for a while and therefore has insights and instincts about homes that help you feel confident he will not lead you to a home that will not be the right fit (unless you insist, of course), or would lead you to troubles right out the gate. His attention to detail is amazing and his communication is timely, clear, and efficient. If we need to sell while he's still here and if he's willing to come out to Campbell County again, he's our guy. I'd recommend him to anyone coming to Knoxville. He knows the area, knows the business, and gets the job done right the first time. Thanks, Gary! We love our home!
