  • We need to thank the following staff members for making our resent stay enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable. Carter, at the front desk evening check-in, for being so nice and accommodating to us. He even came up to our room later and fixed the television connection problem we had!!! Thank you Carter. Judy, the breakfast attendant, that greeted us each morning with such a nice smile! What a friendly, engaging person she is!! We watched her cleaning and replenishing the breakfast bar while helping the guests get a quick start to their day. We loved getting to know Judy!!! Angie, at the front desk during the day, was so very polite, engaging, funny, interesting, and down right a jewel of an employee!! This woman LOVES HER JOB and it shows!!!! My husband travels for training and seminars because of his job and I am fortunate to get to tag along. We can select from several chain hotels but CHOOSE Hampton Inns and Suites. We EXPECT clean, well appointed rooms, good food, safe locations and GREAT STAFF!!!! Please know that your hotel has some of the BEST EMPLOYEES we have had the pleasure to get to know.     I’ve always been a huge Hilton Hotel fan for as long as I can remember. I travel a lot for work so I make it a point to stay at Hilton properties. I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn several times previously with wonderful experiences. This time was different. So I left my personal belongings in my room to travel for the day, just to return to my room and realize that some very important personal belongings had been taken. I immediately went to the front desk and the front desk colleague was very nice and apologetic as was the housekeeping manager Sandy. My issue is that after Sandy apologized she told me there was nothing they could do about my stolen belongings. This is very disappointing and I will no longer stay at this hotel.
