  I met Karen George at an open house. She impressed my son and I with her knowledge of houses that go much deeper than cosmetic. I knew that she could save us a lot of time passing on the ones with bad bones or hidden issues. I was very busy with my job at the time. Karen was willing to do a lot of the leg work that I should have been doing. I felt like I was her only client. She is surrounded by people that she can recommend and count on. I found the best mortgage through one of her recommendations and I looked hard. Karen was very patient at finding me the right home. She assured me that I was getting a good home at a good price and she was correct. In 2 1/2 years (according to Zillow) the value went up $20,000! I still call her when I need recommendations and she is still there for me. Karen is more than one person, she is a team of experts and I highly recommend her!
