  • I’ve enjoyed calling Crestridge my home. The apt is wonderful, neighbors are friendly and the staff is professional and has been wonderful during my stay here. No apartment is “noise free” but the neighbors here are courteous and noise isn’t an issue. Parking is great here and I love the new machines they upgraded to in the laundry room. I lived here during a time of renovations and the staff always communicated when my apt would be entered like to install new windows, new sliding glass and screen door....so, when you move here you are basically getting a brand new apartment. The maintenance person here Mac is wonderful and a great asset to the property. Julie and Cindy are always kind and resourceful. I don’t have any negatives to say about Crestridge Apartments. Come check them out for yourself!

Pros: - The maintenance guy, Mac, is world-class, and can fix any problem you might have within 24 hours. He's also a really nice guy and brightens this place up. Cons: - Management is abysmal. The property manager is a corrupt wretch who will take any opportunity to try and scam younger or older residents out of additional fees that are not in your lease. I pay my rent in the full amount on the morning of the 1st of every month. And every month, I come home to a note on my door that notifies me that I am "delinquent in payment". As part of my monthly routine, I grab a copy of my lease, and go down to the main office where I have to explain to her that I have paid everything on time. After skeptically reviewing my lease for several minutes as if we didn't have this same conversation a month ago, she "allows" me to leave, only to return again next month. - The roaches. The roaches in this complex are rampant and thriving. It's a cheap apartment; I can't really be upset about that. - There have been major renovations occurring throughout the past year, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the way that management handles it is extremely unprofessional. In November 2016, I got a note on my door saying to move my furniture away from my window, as they would be replacing it within the next few days. The next week, I got the same note. The notes continued, but nobody ever replaced my window. My furniture stayed covered and moved out of my living area until January 2017, when I finally determined that they weren't going to replace my window (There wasn't anything wrong with my window; I was fine with this). Here's the crazy part: In FEBRUARY 2017, I got a call from management while I was at work, frantically requesting permission to enter my apartment and replace my window (There had not been a notice posted on my door in over a month). I asked why this was happening without any notice and they replied with, "Look, these guys just drove for three hours just to replace YOUR window only. If you don't allow us to let them in, it will cause a big problem" (If that was the case, why was nobody able to let me know more than 30 seconds ahead of time?). Management has made prideful statements about how they always give 48 hours notice when entering your apartment. I had personal belongings around my apartment, with uncovered furniture blocking access to my window, which is a problem that could have been solved with TWELVE HOURS notice. This was a clear violation of my lease, as well as my privacy. - I paid a fully refundable $300 deposit upon moving in. Management continually insists that I paid a non-refundable $87.50 deposit, despite me showing them a cancelled check from my bank for the $300 deposit. This is nothing more than childish, petty behavior by the manager. It took me months of phone calls and emails to finally receive my deposit. As you can see in other reviews here, some people were refused their deposit completely. Obviously this is also a violation of the lease. Look, I have several more stories about this place that I could tell. Send me a message if you want to hear them. The bottom line is: This place might be for you if you're down on your luck and have no other options. However, if at all possible, I would look elsewhere.
